La mayor\u00eda de los platos van condimentados o acompa\u00f1ados de frutas y verduras. Este tipo de comida no debe faltar en una dieta sana y equilibrada. Y aunque creamos que no, debemos incluirlo en nuestro r\u00e9gimen alimenticio al menos dos veces por semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios de la comida italiana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque todos los tipos de pasta son muy parecidos, no todos ellos comparten las mismas propiedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los beneficios de los diferentes tipos de pasta var\u00edan dependiendo de la forma de cocinarlos, de las salsas que se le incorporan al plato y de los condimentos que se usan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pasta en general contiene vitaminas E y B y como suele combinarse con alimentos como la verdura, suelen maximizarse sus propiedades nutritivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque generalmente es buena la ingesta de alimentos con un indice gluc\u00e9mico bajo. Los carbohidratos que contienen la pasta se transforman r\u00e1pidamente en glucosa que pasa a la sangre y cuando vamos a realizar m\u00e1s esfuerzos es preferible ingerirlos para no quedarse sin energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/11159508_537836576354675_3979357584078993067_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/11159508_537836576354675_3979357584078993067_n.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/11159508_537836576354675_3979357584078993067_n-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/11159508_537836576354675_3979357584078993067_n-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayuda a regular los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su consumo es ideal para personas hipertensas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayuda a mantener el peso corporal en cantidades adecuadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sus bajos niveles de grasa la convierten en un arma en la lucha contra el colesterol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como consejo os recomendamos ingerir este tipo de comidas a la hora de comer. Si comes un plato de pasta para cenar y tu intenci\u00f3n es irte a dormir pronto porque madrugas. Es muy probable que pases mala noche porque es puede tener una digesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s pesada de lo habitual.
