No es tan importante el \u00bfcu\u00e1ntas? sino el \u00bfqu\u00e9 comemos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando la intenci\u00f3n es adelgazar nos lo dividen en cinco o incluso seis comidas al d\u00eda porque llegas a la siguiente ingesta con menos ansiedad o menos hambre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_0496.jpg\" alt=\"comidas\" class=\"wp-image-525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_0496.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_0496-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.comerporahi.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_0496-768x508.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> En problemas de diabetes ayuda a controlar los picos y si se trata de alimentaci\u00f3n deportiva, suele ayudar a preparar las reservas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es l\u00f3gico generalizar pero muchos casos ayuda por una explicaci\u00f3n, si te va bien seguirlo genial. Si no no debes forzar, ni por ello comer o picar entre horas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La idea de las 5 comidas es que sean alimentos saludables que no est\u00e9n ultraprocesados. No podemos ni pretendemos poner en juego la salud de nadie. No hay una regla v\u00e1lida para todos porque cada persona requiere unas necesidades y nadie mejor que nosotros conocemos nuestro propio cuerpo.
