Y adem\u00e1s, se pesca de forma sostenible, con anzuelo y l\u00ednea, lo que asegura una calidad de primera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La joya de la corona: la ventresca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dentro del bonito, hay un corte que se lleva todos los aplausos: la ventresca. Es la parte m\u00e1s jugosa y melosa, con un punto de grasa que le da un sabor espectacular.
